Failure. The target takes full damage and receives 1 level of Brittle for 2 rounds.
Critical Failure (–10). The target takes 1.5× damage and receives 2 levels of Brittle for 2 rounds.

A creature must make the same Dexterity saving throw when it first enters the area on a turn, and whenever it ends its turn in the area.

The area becomes Difficult Terrain for 1 hour because of all the hail and ice.

At Higher Levels: The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell level increase.
